Refund Policy

Order Processing & Shipping
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Due to high demand and international fulfillment, shipping typically takes 7–15 business days.
Please allow full shipping time before requesting a refund.
30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
  • Item must be unused

  • In original packaging

  • Customer must contact us first before sending anything back

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Shipping Delays
Delays caused by customs, carriers, or high seasonal demand are outside our control and do not qualify for refunds while the item is still in transit.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.
We will send a replacement or issue a refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase only. After that, orders are sent to fulfillment and cannot be canceled.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
